What you need to get started:

  • Photo identification in JPG, PDF, TIFF or PNG file format.
  • SIN number
  • Hire date
Please forward the Group Retirement Plan Contribution Authorization Form directly to your HR/Payroll department for processing and to initiate your contributions.
